About Our Founder
Joshua Luis Pereira
Founder & Owner, OptiSolutions
Joshua Luis Pereira brings over 15 years of experience and a uniquely diverse background to OptiSolutions. Since launching his first business in 2009, Joshua has remained committed to treating every client like family—an approach rooted in the golden rule: "Do to others as you would have them do to you." This mindset has built lasting client relationships and driven sustainable business growth across every venture he leads.
A Lifelong Passion for Technology
Joshua's love for technology began early—at just eight years old, he disassembled his mother's Tandy computer from Radio Shack out of pure curiosity. In high school, he excelled in the Electronics Program at the Career and Technical Center, leading technical projects and student teams. While earning a dual Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Justice Studies, Joshua interned with the Pawtucket Police Department's Computer Operations Division, deepening his IT skills in real-world applications.

Joshua's experience spans both public and private sectors, including public safety (Police, Fire, EMS, and Dispatch Centers), education, and a wide range of small businesses.
