1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using OptiSolutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Description
OptiSolutions provides professional IT consulting, web development, digital marketing, and related technology services including:
- OptiTech - IT consulting and technical support
- OptiPrint - Professional printing and design services
- OptiCapture - Photography and videography services
- OptiConnect - Social media management and digital marketing
- OptiVoice - Voice services and communication solutions
- OptiPay - Payment processing and financial technology solutions
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
5. Intellectual Property
OptiSolutions retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, tools, and processes. Client-specific deliverables and custom work products are owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
6. Confidentiality
OptiSolutions maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information and business operations. We do not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
OptiSolutions' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in service agreements.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. OptiSolutions reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.
9. Modifications
OptiSolutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
